PTFE heaters are designed for the direct electric heating of fluids in systems and vessels that require small mounting dimensions, high heating powers and an excellent resistance to liquids of aggressive processes. The chemical resistance of the heating cable is guaranteed by a coating made of PTFE or PFA.

The PFA coating should be chosen under particularly critical conditions of use with extremely aggressive process liquids (e.g. Chromium acid electrolytes) and at a very high temperatures.

The different build forms and variants of available heating elements can easily solve even difficult application situations. Their small size and high heating power allow their installation in small spaces. The use of high quality materials guarantees a long service life, an optimum reliability and thus ensures a problem-free operation of the system.

PFA immersion tank heaters are the perfect solution for heating harsh chemicals or DI water to constant temperatures in ultrapure tanks, including PVDF, PFA, and quartz tanks.
