PVDF Electroplating Tanks Features:

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a thermoplastic material with excellent chemical properties. It is most commonly known by the trade name Kynar. Tanks made of PVDF material can withstand temperatures up to 300°F.

Kynar is an excellent material for small process tanks containing chromic acid, such as chrome plating. Certain Chem Milling process chemicals will also warrant the use of PVDF. PVDF material can be extrusion welded, hand welded or butt welded.

Dimensions can be produced according to customer requirements.

Polyvinylidene Fluoride Tanks PVDF tanks are designed to provide excellent room and high temperature chemical resistance, low permeability to hydrocarbons, high rigidity and excellent flame retardancy. They are widely used in chemical, semiconductor, automotive, electronics, telecommunications, medical, aerospace and defense industries. Additionally, they can be used as treatment tanks, water treatment tanks and ultrapure water applications.

We offer plating baths for various polymers such as C6 hexane PE, HDPE, crosslinked and even PP. We offer one-piece polypropylene (PP) containers that do not require any welding. So you never have to worry about leaks. These tanks come in different shapes and sizes, round or rectangular, and can also be welded to make them longer for the desired application.
